Shipping and taxes

1. Hikidspace offers free standard shipping on all items, we only serve US customers.
2. In order to give our customers a better shopping experience and reduce additional costs, Hikidspace will withdraw part of the profit from our order amount to pay customers' corresponding national sales tax. Therefore, you don’t have to worry about high sales tax.

Shipping location

1. Shipping is only available to shipping addresses within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
2. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Box and APO/FPO addresses.
3. Shipping Method: All orders are shipped via UPS USPS or FedEx.

Shipping and delivery estimates

We will ship in-stock orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order can be expected to ship within 1 to 2 business days. But in some cases it may take longer. All estimates are based on working days.

If you order multiple items with different shipping destinations, you may receive separate orders shipped. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days, depending on your destination and carrier.

For example, if you order a product from Hikidspace, you will need to:

1. 1-2 working days for processing;
2. Delivery takes 2-5 working days.

This means your parcel can arrive in as little as 3 working days and as slowly as 7 working days.

If any shipment is not fulfilled or shipped after label creation, shipments older than 8 business days may have the option of order cancellation or partial refund. Please see return policy for more details.

When force majeure is encountered, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nonetheless, we can ensure that your order is processed quickly, weather permitting.

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the product is not damaged. If a product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at customer@hikidspace.com within 3 working days of receipt. Note any obvious damage and be as specific as possible as this will help us process your damage claim with the delivery carrier.

Order tracking

For every order you place, you will receive at least 2 emails:

1. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order details.
2. Once the item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your order number, carrier information, date and time the order was placed, order status, and package tracking number for the shipped item.

To find out the exact location of your shipment, track your items on the carrier's official website.

Notes

1. Please verify that the shipping address on your order is correct before paying as this is the address we will ship to.

2. After the order is sent, if the product does not meet your expectations or the wrong order is placed, we will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.

3. Items weighing less than 150 lbs will be shipped by UPS. Items weighing over 150 lbs will be shipped by truck.
