Shipping and delivery estimates
We will ship in-stock orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order can be expected to ship within 1 to 2 business days. But in some cases it may take longer. All estimates are based on working days.
If you order multiple items with different shipping destinations, you may receive separate orders shipped. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days, depending on your destination and carrier.
For example, if you order a product from Hikidspace, you will need to:
1. 1-2 working days for processing;
2. Delivery takes 2-5 working days.
This means your parcel can arrive in as little as 3 working days and as slowly as 7 working days.
If any shipment is not fulfilled or shipped after label creation, shipments older than 8 business days may have the option of order cancellation or partial refund. Please see return policy for more details.
When force majeure is encountered, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nonetheless, we can ensure that your order is processed quickly, weather permitting.
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the product is not damaged. A: Thereās no need to change your billing address. We ship orders to the shipping address provided at checkout regardless of whether or not it matches the provided billing address.

This is my first tent and it is great. Everything is included. I didn't need to buy an air mattress and sleeping bag or even pillowcases and mattress covers. Fits one adult and two children. Easy to set up without instructions. It was sturdy when our family of four stayed in it to play card games. Has windows on both sides. My kids love it. So far so good.
It comes with everything you need. A cot, a double air mattress, 2 sleeping bags and air pillows, and an air pump. We purchased a battery operated pump which made inflating the mattress a lot easier. It was nice not having to get up off the ground. We slept very comfortably. Works great.
