Shipping and delivery estimates
We will ship in-stock orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order can be expected to ship within 1 to 2 business days. But in some cases it may take longer. All estimates are based on working days.
If you order multiple items with different shipping destinations, you may receive separate orders shipped. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days, depending on your destination and carrier.

My son likes to exercise with walking weights
The vest fits the body very naturally. The design allows air to circulate freely without trapping heat on the body. I like the feel of it better than a weight belt because it blends in with the body. Excellent product at a reasonable price.
The doctor told me I needed to do weight-bearing exercises, so my husband bought me this. I'm 5'3", 116 lbs. He bought me an 8-pound vest and it was perfect! It fits me well and the weight is evenly distributed, so although I noticed it at first, it's not too heavy. I slowly put it on and only used it once a week until I got used to it and now I can walk with it and barely notice it. I like it. Highly recommend it. It's worth every penny.
The perfect amount of weight has adjustable straps and a buckle to keep it in place. I use it for squats and when I hike. I tried running with it but it added pressure on my knees.
