Shipping and delivery estimates
We will ship in-stock orders as quickly as possible. In most cases, your order can be expected to ship within 1 to 2 business days. But in some cases it may take longer. All estimates are based on working days.
If you order multiple items with different shipping destinations, you may receive separate orders shipped. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days, depending on your destination and carrier.
For example, if you order a product from Hikidspace, you will need to:
1. 1-2 working days for processing;
2. Delivery takes 2-5 working days.
This means your parcel can arrive in as little as 3 working days and as slowly as 7 working days.

A: There’s no need to change your billing address. We ship orders to the shipping address provided at checkout regardless of whether or not it matches the provided billing address.

A: We currently have warehouses in the United States. All products in your order will be sent to you from the nearest warehouse that has them in stock.

Q: Why does it say my tracking number is invalid?

I ordered this fridge freezer cooler based on the cost per quart size, which was the best value for this model/style cooler. I received the fridge freezer cooler in the mail about a week later. Upon opening the box, I was immediately impressed with the quality and size of the cooler. I allowed the fridge freezer to sit for 24 hours before using it, as described in the manual. I turned the cooler on at 4pm on Sunday, August 16, 2000, and recorded the power usage of the 12 volt battery while it was running. I started my use test by plugging the cooler into the 12v port of a Goal Zero Yeti 1000 power supply, and the battery life was 92%. Sunday 4:00 PM 92% Battery - Started Sunday 9:02 PM 83% Battery Sunday 11:05 PM 81% Battery Sunday 11:50 PM 80% Battery Monday 5:30 AM 78% Battery Monday 7:00 AM 78% Battery - Ended 15 hours later The maximum wattage observed on first start up was 63 watts. This cooler is very quiet and I was impressed with the power draw given the size of the cooler. I found this cooler to be very well designed to be able to access the cooler from either side or just be able to remove the top for cooler packing or cleaning operations. I have begun documenting the long term durability of mobile coolers. I really want to see the cooler maintain its quality over time. I want people to know the quality they are buying and will be happy to post my findings before the holidays.
